Compensation

Pay is aligned with the principles of the German Transparency in Wage Structures Act and the company’s remuneration guidelines. The planned gross hourly wage is between EUR 15.00 and EUR 20.00, with the final classification based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and individual capabilities.
