3D Art Director

About the Role

This position is focused on steering the creative vision for 3D design work across exhibitions, conferences, and live events. The role calls for someone who can shape original, production-ready concepts, uphold strong quality standards, and guide the 3D team through every stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the 3D design team while handling several projects at the same time.
• Build, assess, and refine creative concepts, 3D visuals, renders, and presentation materials.
• Make sure every design is inventive, workable, and suitable for production.
• Examine and sign off on technical drawings and execution documentation.
• Work closely with project management and production teams to keep delivery on track.
• Support and coach designers while maintaining high creative and technical benchmarks.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design is required.
• The role is open to Saudi nationals only.
• Candidates should already be living in Jeddah or be ready to move there.
• At least 2 years of experience in 3D design, with prior team leadership exposure.
• Background in exhibitions, conferences, and events is necessary.
• Strong command of Autodesk 3ds Max is essential.
• Advanced skills in V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer are needed.
• Experience using animation or real-time visualization software such as Unreal Engine or Twinmotion is expected.
