Telugu Transcription QC & Language Quality Analyst Internship (Work from Home)

About the internship

This internship is for detail-focused Telugu language candidates who can support transcription quality control, audio verification, annotation review, and language quality assurance work. The role involves checking Telugu transcripts against the source audio, identifying issues, correcting errors, and making sure final deliverables align with client standards.

What you will do

• Compare Telugu transcription files with the original audio and review them carefully.
• Spot mistakes in spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, timestamps, and speaker labels.
• Identify missing words, inaccurate text, segmentation problems, and any deviation from project instructions.
• Fix transcription and QC issues to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Carry out audio quality checks and confirm the transcript is complete.
• Review annotation outputs and flag labeling or guideline-related errors.
• Keep clear records of corrections, findings, and quality reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on revisions and client feedback.
• Take part in review cycles and contribute to quality improvements.
• Protect the confidentiality of client audio files and project data.
• Finish assigned QC work within deadlines.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, be able to start between 3 Jul 2026 and 7 Aug 2026, and commit to the full 2-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest, and Computer Science Engineering students are eligible as well. Strong Telugu listening, reading, writing, and comprehension ability is expected.

Requirements

• Strong command of Telugu, including speaking, reading, writing, listening, and comprehension.
• Ability to perform Telugu transcription quality checks and audio review.
• Good proofreading and editing skills with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation awareness.
• Experience or familiarity with annotation review and content review work.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Access to a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy while working to deadlines.
• Prior experience in Telugu transcription, transcription QC, proofreading, annotation QC, or language review is preferred.
• Native or fluent Telugu speakers will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates should be able to identify language and transcription errors efficiently.
• Applicants should be responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.

Stipend structure

The internship includes a fixed monthly stipend of ₹5,000 to ₹15,000, plus an additional incentive component of ₹2,000 to ₹9,000 per month.

Additional information

This is a work-from-home opportunity. The internship is scheduled for 2 months and starts immediately. The listed stipend range is ₹7,000 to ₹24,000 per month, with the overall pay broken into fixed and incentive components.
