Role Overview
The company is looking for a proactive HR intern who pays close attention to detail and can support day-to-day human resources work in an office-based environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating in English and working with common MS Office tools, including Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring activities by sharing job postings, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Help with onboarding for new team members, including completion of paperwork and orientation support.
- Keep employee files up to date and maintain HR databases with fresh joiner details.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee training programs and workshops.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events.
- Respond to employee questions and help the HR team address issues as they come up.
- Provide assistance on additional HR tasks, projects, and initiatives whenever required.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 3 Jul 2026 and 7 Aug 2026, stay available for 3 months, and are based in Delhi, Ghaziabad, or Noida. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in HR work.
