About the internship
This is a full-time, in-office business development internship based in Lucknow. The role is focused on sales outreach, relationship building, and identifying new B2B opportunities across the interior design and real estate ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Study and identify promising B2B partners, referral sources, and growth opportunities within the interior design and real estate space.
- Build leads through site visits, networking events, corporate outreach, and ongoing relationship development.
- Assist in planning and implementing business development initiatives aimed at increasing revenue.
- Engage with architects, builders, real estate consultants, channel partners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and present the company’s interior and turnkey offerings.
- Develop durable professional relationships with strategic partners to encourage repeat referrals and collaboration.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to create presentations, proposals, brochures, and related business development materials.
- Keep organized records of meetings, leads, client conversations, and business development activity, and share regular progress updates.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market movement to spot new opportunities and strengthen sales performance.
- Continue building product understanding, communication ability, and business development skills to meet individual and team targets.

Stipend and compensation
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 8,000 to 12,000. The stipend structure includes a fixed pay of INR 7,000 to 10,000 per month plus incentive pay of INR 1,000 to 2,000 per month.
