About the internship
This remote internship is focused on supporting an Emotional Fitness Pilot by connecting with students and faculty, explaining the initiative in a clear and honest way, and encouraging voluntary participation. The role combines outreach, participant support, relationship-building, and basic coordination so the pilot can run smoothly and gather useful insights.
About the company
DoHo creates short emotional wellness rituals and micro-practices that can be easily woven into daily routines. Its digital wellness app offers guided rituals, reflective prompts, and small restorative breaks designed to support mindfulness, emotional awareness, focus, and habit-building. The product is inspired by behavioral science and wellness practices, and it is not a medical device, therapy platform, diagnostic tool, or emergency support service.
Key responsibilities
- Contact students and faculty members to introduce the Emotional Fitness Pilot and invite them to join voluntarily.
- Have thoughtful conversations to understand what motivates participants, what concerns they have, and what feedback they share.
- Present the pilot’s purpose clearly and honestly, without promotional exaggeration.
- Help new participants get started, including registration support and app download assistance.
- Keep organized records of outreach conversations, registrations, downloads, and participation activity.
- Collect feedback from participants and note recurring concerns, suggestions, and improvement opportunities.
- Work with the internal team to share observations and help with pilot execution.
- Follow college rules, ethical communication practices, and privacy expectations in all outreach efforts.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, and other important stakeholders.
- Support efforts to improve participation, engagement, and longer-term adoption of the pilot.
