Role Overview

Veolia Australia and New Zealand is looking for an upbeat and proactive Workshop Coordinator to join the operations team at its Kilburn site in South Australia (5084).

Key Duties

• Accurately process and record purchase orders and invoices
• Oversee work orders and purchase orders so they are handled correctly and on time
• Plan and track maintenance for fleet and equipment, including timely completion and reliable records
• Keep stock levels under control and manage inventory effectively
• Handle queries and problems for internal and external customers
• Build productive relationships with internal teams and outside stakeholders
• Work closely with third-party maintenance providers and maintain positive supplier relationships

Requirements

• A current unrestricted car driver’s licence is mandatory
• Forklift and HR truck licences are an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Experience dealing with suppliers and external service providers
• Comfortable using Google Workspace at an intermediate level
• Highly organised, with a systems-oriented approach to work
