Role Summary
The company is looking for a Workday Solutions Specialist to strengthen and support its global People Systems landscape. In this position, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business teams to deliver reliable Workday solutions, maintain system stability, and assist with day-to-day production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and improvements for Workday HCM.
- Set up and maintain Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence modules.
- Review business needs and translate them into practical Workday-based solutions.
- Carry out system testing, including SIT and UAT, and assist with deployment activities.
- Handle production incidents and help resolve system issues quickly and effectively.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to support business processes.
- Develop reports and dashboards to meet operational and management needs.
- Support Workday release activities and coordinate new enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain clear system documentation.
- Liaise with Workday vendors and partners as needed.
Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Strong knowledge of Core HCM.
- Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence/Time Off.
- Ability to build reports and dashboards.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with production support or AMS.
- Understanding of Workday security concepts.
- Exposure to Workday integrations.
- Knowledge of Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Prism.
- Workday certification is an advantage.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite role based in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting global People Systems and working across multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver stable, high-quality Workday services.
