What You’ll Do

Create and roll out warehouse management plans that support business goals and day-to-day operational needs.

What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
Professional credentials such as APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, Lean Six Sigma, or similar are a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics operations, distribution, or supply chain roles.
At least 2 years of experience leading warehouse teams, distribution centers, or multiple warehouse locations is preferred.
Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, material handling, and logistics workflows.
Hands-on experience with WMS platforms, ERP systems, inventory tools, and warehouse automation technologies.
Understanding of warehouse safety rules, quality standards, and operational best practices.
Strong analytical thinking, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
Good leadership, communication, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort working independently in a remote setup while coordinating warehouse operations.
