Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the academy platform, guiding its development, day-to-day operation, and ongoing improvement.

• Recruit, organize, and lead a distributed group of instructors, mentors, and support personnel to deliver a strong learning experience.
• Improve enrollment, learner engagement, retention, and overall business results through structured initiatives and process enhancements.
• Develop repeatable systems, workflows, and operating processes that can support growth into additional markets and regions.
• Track KPIs, interpret performance data, and apply insights to drive practical, measurable improvements.
• Ensure the academy’s execution stays aligned with the broader business strategy while maintaining efficient program delivery.

Requirements

• Background in Project Management or Product Management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, business training, or digital learning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and scale remote or distributed teams.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, with experience or strong interest in building digital products or business education offerings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to structure processes, juggle multiple priorities, and move work from idea to completion.
• Nice to have: exposure to trade industries, vocational training, or business education tied to real operating businesses.
