Role overview

This senior leadership position is centered on enterprise data strategy and the modernization of healthcare analytics. You will guide how data is converted into meaningful insight to improve clinical results, operational effectiveness, and population health visibility. The role involves creating and leading a centralized analytics function that delivers reliable, scalable intelligence across medical, clinical, financial, and operational areas. Key accountabilities

Create and lead an enterprise Analytics Center of Excellence that connects claims, clinical, EMR/EHR, operational, and outside data sources.
Set enterprise-wide KPIs and measurement standards so reporting stays consistent across markets, payers, and business units.
Develop and lead a strong analytics team that supports clinical, financial, operational, and strategic stakeholders.
Work with data and technology leaders to ensure access to trusted data assets, effective tools, and scalable analytics infrastructure.
Design advanced predictive and risk stratification models that support population health management and clinical decision-making.
Put data governance practices in place to protect accuracy, consistency, and compliance across analytics outputs.
Produce dashboards, reports, and analytic tools that help executives track performance and make informed decisions.
Partner with clinical and research groups to improve data-driven care models and outcomes initiatives.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in analytics, informatics, medical economics, or a closely related field.
Hands-on experience with large healthcare datasets such as claims, clinical, EHR/EMR, and behavioral health data.
Demonstrated success leading and scaling analytics teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong background in performance management, KPI design, and enterprise data standardization.
Experience building predictive models, risk stratification methods, and population health analytics.
Deep understanding of data governance, data architecture, and analytics best practices.
Excellent executive-level communication skills with the ability to turn complex information into strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or analytical discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
