About the Company

Wynn Al Marjan Island is developing a high-end beachfront resort in the United Arab Emirates, with an opening planned for 2027. Set on a scenic island that curves into the Arabian Gulf and is under construction, the destination is designed for leisure and entertainment. It will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa. The property is located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

About the Role

The resort is seeking a Technician Supervisor to lead the Gaming Technicians team. This role focuses on supervising technical support for gaming equipment, maintaining reliability, and ensuring work is completed in line with operational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day work of gaming technicians and make sure service requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance are handled promptly.
• Track gaming machine performance, spot repeated faults, and raise concerns when needed.
• Plan work assignments and coordinate schedules so all shifts are properly covered.
• Coach team members through hands-on training, guidance, and technical support.
• Ensure all technical activities follow UAE gaming rules, Wynn Resorts’ internal controls, and manufacturer requirements.
• Keep maintenance records, machine setup details, and regulatory paperwork accurate and current.
• Work with equipment makers and external service providers to arrange technical assistance and repairs.
• Watch stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables so operations are not disrupted.
• Stay current on new gaming technologies, software updates, and equipment improvements.
• Support the rollout of new gaming platforms, cashless solutions, and digital systems.
• Partner with IT, Surveillance, and Gaming Operations teams to maintain connectivity and dependable performance.

Candidate Profile

The role suits someone with a strong technical background in gaming equipment and prior experience in a regulated casino or gaming setting. The candidate should be comfortable supervising others, handling multiple priorities, and working in a shift-based environment that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications and Experience

• A diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related area is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience maintaining electronic gaming machines or similar gaming equipment is required.
• Previous work in a lead technician or senior technician capacity in a regulated gaming environment is needed.
• Strong knowledge of electronic gaming machines, table game hardware, software, and networking basics is important.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs is required.
