Role overview
London Drugs is hiring a Store Pricing Coordinator for its Gibsons, British Columbia location. This position supports store administration and safeguards the accuracy of store-level pricing. The role reports to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.

Core duties
- Look after store hardware and systems, including point-of-sale equipment, operational software, and communication networks.
- Carry out routine equipment care, such as cleaning MSR hardware and keeping systems in working order.
- Complete scheduled backups following established procedures.
- Serve as the main store liaison with the Information Technology department for issue reporting, troubleshooting, and software or system rollouts.
- Maintain logs for problem and incident reports.
- Print signage for the store and ensure it is placed correctly.
- Manage pricing updates and upkeep across the entire store.
- Support the company’s service goal of delivering a superior shopping experience every day.
What the role calls for
This position requires strong administrative ability, technical comfort, a professional manner, and a high level of discretion, especially when dealing with pricing information. You should also be able to communicate well, coordinate effectively with the Store Systems and Administration team, and help with training where needed.
Successful candidates will be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure, take initiative with limited supervision, bring a positive and solution-focused approach, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with people at different levels across the organization.
Schedule and working conditions
Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule from Monday through Sunday and be available to begin shifts as early as 5:00 AM each day.
