Role Overview

This opportunity is for an experienced store leader to oversee the day-to-day performance of a single location. The role focuses on running the store efficiently, leading associates, meeting financial targets, and consistently delivering a strong guest experience.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You will be accountable for the full operation of one store. That includes recruiting, supervising, and guiding associates, while ensuring the business meets its financial objectives and service standards.

To support your transition into the role, an 8-week-or-longer store leadership training program will be provided before or during your ramp-up period.

Experience and Skill Expectations

• A high school diploma is required
• You must be willing to work in a store located within a 50-mile radius
• A flexible schedule is necessary, including weekend availability
• Current ServSafe certification is required for food safety

Workplace Conditions and Physical Requirements

The environment can involve hot counter areas, steam, food vapors, and a restricted workspace. Team members are generally expected to stand for long periods and work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.

The role may require preparing hot and cold menu items, handling Chinese kitchen knives and other equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch countertops to serve guests. Kitchens can be noisy and warm, storage is limited, and shelving is positioned high.

Success in this position also requires comfort in a fast-paced setting, strong verbal communication, adaptability when priorities shift, and the ability to handle conflict or difficult situations professionally.

Pay Information

The hourly wage for this position is between $29.50 and $32.50. Actual pay may vary depending on factors such as work location and experience. Bonus earnings are not guaranteed and may be changed or discontinued at the employer’s discretion.
