This full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar is for a bilingual Sitecore Content Editor who can manage and publish web content across digital platforms in both English and Arabic. The position focuses on maintaining accurate, timely, and well-structured content while supporting campaigns, product updates, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Build, revise, and oversee website content in Sitecore CMS across digital properties.
• Make sure all material is translated correctly and released in both English and Arabic.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and digital teams to understand content needs and gather inputs.
• Apply SEO best practices and accessibility standards to all published pages.
• Keep page structures, reusable components, and metadata aligned with digital publishing standards.
• Carry out routine content reviews to maintain consistency, accuracy, and freshness.
• Assist with content publishing for campaigns, launches, and event-related updates.
• Identify and resolve content-related issues, escalating to technical teams when required.
• Work within approval steps and version control procedures already in place.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using Sitecore CMS, ideally version 9 or later.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English, with excellent written and spoken ability in each.
• 2–4 years of experience in web content management or digital publishing.
• Working knowledge of HTML, basic CSS, and digital asset management workflows.
• Good understanding of SEO, accessibility, and user experience principles.
• Careful editing, proofreading, and quality-checking skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Added advantage: experience with digital platforms in the financial or government sector.
• Added advantage: familiarity with content personalization features in Sitecore.
• Added advantage: exposure to analytics and performance tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
