Role summary
This is a full-time, onsite role for an organised and detail-focused Warehouse Specialist / Driver. The position supports inventory and warehouse operations, including receiving, auditing, storage, secure destruction, and the safe movement of physical assets.
What you will do
- Run day-to-day warehouse activities, including handling, storing, and securely destroying physical assets.
- Check and reconcile all assets held at the facility, and inspect incoming goods carefully against supporting documentation.
- Plan and organise dispatch and receiving activity to keep goods moving efficiently and make effective use of warehouse space.
- Follow operating procedures closely, help protect equipment and facilities, and share warehouse performance information as needed.
- Transport, receive, and ship assets safely and in line with company requirements.
What you need
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a comparable operational role.
- Any formal exposure to inventory control or warehouse safety will be considered an advantage.
- Strong organisational ability and a disciplined approach to procedures, rules, and safety practices.
- A valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record and the correct class for standard transport vehicles.
- Good physical capability to lift items, manage physical assets, and use standard warehouse equipment.
- Careful attention to detail, especially for reporting accuracy and space planning.
