Senior Pricing Analyst

Role overview

A Dublin-based aircraft leasing business is looking to bring on board a Pricing Analyst or Senior Pricing Analyst to strengthen its Portfolio Services function. The position is central to shaping pricing approach across the portfolio, backing asset sale and acquisition decisions, and collaborating with commercial, technical, and finance teams.

What you will do

• Contribute to all pricing work within the Portfolio Services team.
• Build and apply pricing strategies that support growth, profitability, and overall performance objectives.
• Work in close partnership with commercial, technical, and finance stakeholders to support consistent and commercially sound decisions.
• Track pricing movements in the market and across the portfolio, updating approaches when needed.
• Draft pricing analysis and recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Manage pricing models, tools, and systems, with attention to accuracy and proper governance.
• Make sure pricing decisions follow internal standards and relevant regulatory obligations.
• Assist with asset disposal and acquisition decisions to improve portfolio results.

What they are looking for

The preferred candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a closely related subject, and have 1–3 years of experience in pricing, finance, or a similar analytical role. Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability are important, along with advanced Excel capability and experience using pricing or analytical tools. The role also calls for a confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-moving, changing environment.
