About the Role
MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to work directly with the CEO, CFO, and COO. This is a high-visibility position within a family-owned healthcare organization that is expanding and needs a reliable partner to keep leadership priorities organized and execution on track.
The position blends strategic coordination with hands-on day-to-day support. You will help manage executive operations, oversee special projects, support business growth efforts, and also assist with certain personal executive needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable balancing many priorities in a busy environment while maintaining discretion at all times.
Executive and Business Support
- Deliver senior-level support to the CEO, CFO, and COO.
- Handle detailed scheduling, calendar coordination, travel planning, and overlapping priorities for the ownership team.
- Organize and support executive meetings, leadership discussions, strategic planning work, and company events.
- Create presentations, reports, briefing notes, agendas, and meeting packets.
- Monitor important initiatives, action items, due dates, and organizational goals to keep work moving forward.
- Assist with growth projects, business development, acquisitions, and other special assignments.
- Act as a key point of contact among ownership, leadership, vendors, clients, and outside partners.
- Manage sensitive correspondence and communications with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Follow through on executive commitments and help ensure organizational objectives are completed.
Personal Executive Support
- Coordinate personal calendars, appointments, and family scheduling needs.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for personal purposes, including itineraries.
- Oversee household vendors, contractors, maintenance work, and service providers.
- Manage vehicle registrations, maintenance timing, and related logistics.
- Support special events, reservations, personal projects, and family-related initiatives.
- Assist with property management tasks and home organization projects.
- Handle private and sensitive matters with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, ownership groups, or senior management teams.
- Ability to support more than one executive while juggling competing priorities at the same time.
- Strong background in organization, project coordination, and time management.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Comfort working independently, anticipating needs, and making sound decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and completion of follow-through.
- Experience in healthcare, multi-location operations, or fast-growing organizations is a plus.
