What you'll be doing

• Installing, commissioning, and programming advanced access control and CCTV solutions, including systems such as Gallagher, Integriti, Milestone, and Genetec.
• Supporting more complex technical issues across high-end access control environments.
• Working directly with key clients on technical questions and support matters.
• Collaborating with the wider team to respond to service call-outs when needed.
• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

What we're looking for

• Background in high-end electronic security, with access control experience preferred.
• Ability to configure and program a range of premium access control, CCTV, and video management systems, such as Gallagher, Integriti, Genetec, and Milestone.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking.
• Current Australian Security Licence and Cabling Licence.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong eye for detail.
• Experience with IP cameras, VMS platforms, and networked security systems; Genetec and Milestone experience would be an advantage.
• Valid driver's licence.
