This opening is for an SAP SuccessFactors Developer based in Kochi, with hybrid working options. The team is looking for someone who enjoys contributing to a fast-growing, collaborative environment with a strong culture and team-oriented mindset.
What you will do
- Convert business needs into technical specifications and straightforward configuration approaches.
- Set up, test, maintain, and fine-tune SAP SuccessFactors business rules for validations, derivations, defaulting logic, and workflows.
- Build and maintain mapping logic for automated field population using reference tables and other related data sources, such as deriving a cost center from a position or location.
- Configure and adapt data models and objects, including MDF objects, picklists, fields, and permissions, to suit HR process requirements.
- Create detailed reporting outputs such as table reports, story reports, and canvas reports.
- Support the rollout of new SuccessFactors modules and enhancements to current modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning, Work Schedules/Time-off, Performance & Goals, Talent Intelligence Hub, and Compensation.
- Carry out data quality reviews, investigate mismatches, and coordinate with HR to improve and cleanse records.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for both new and existing SuccessFactors setups.
- Take part in testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, defect handling, integration testing, UAT, deployment support, and release coordination.
- Offer first- and second-level support to SuccessFactors users such as HR teams, managers, and employees, including issue analysis, fixes, and usage guidance.
- Act as an internal point of contact for stakeholders using other business applications when technical interfaces are involved.
What we are looking for
- A graduate with at least 3 years of proven hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support, ideally with strong exposure to Employee Central and connected modules.
- Experience working in SuccessFactors either as a developer or administrator at a senior level.
- Sound understanding of SuccessFactors data models, MDF objects, picklists, and permission structures.
- Good knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management, time, and compensation, and how these are represented in SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors back-end logic, including business rules and data migration.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to identify root causes and build durable solutions for complex issues.
- Comfort with numbers, Excel formulas, and logical relationships.
- Independent working style with confidence and assertiveness.
- Strong organizational discipline and an efficient approach to work.
