About the Role

This position is for a driven Sales Engineer who is motivated by results and eager to strengthen the company’s market reach in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

  • Identify promising business opportunities, pursue them proactively, and build solid relationships with established customers to keep the sales pipeline active.
  • Carry out HVAC load calculations, recommend suitable heating and cooling solutions, and prepare accurate quotations for equipment, materials, and related services.
  • Meet clients to assess their technical requirements, present products and services, respond to questions about availability, pricing, and credit terms, and keep thorough client records.
  • Create and deliver detailed technical and commercial proposals to prospective customers.
  • Track progress against monthly and yearly targets, and prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts as well as backlog updates.
  • Maintain strong professional ethics in every sales activity and client interaction.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related technical field is required.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of proven experience in estimating, selling, and marketing HVAC systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HVAC solutions and VRF/Multi V systems, along with practical experience in heating and cooling load calculations.
  • Strong commercial judgment and a demonstrated ability to close deals and win new business aggressively.
