Sales Development Representative (CM)

Role overview

This full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role in Nairobi, Kenya focuses on creating new sales opportunities through outbound outreach, careful lead screening, and meeting coordination. The position plays an important part in building the sales pipeline and contributing to revenue expansion.

Working schedule

You will work Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, according to Nairobi time.

Key responsibilities

The role involves reaching out to prospects at scale using phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn. You will use a multi-channel approach to connect with potential customers, assess leads against the Ideal Customer Profile, keep CRM records accurate and up to date, meet activity and conversion goals, and work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions after qualification.

Experience and skill requirements

Applicants should bring at least 2 years of experience in sales-related roles such as SDR, call center, or outbound sales. Hands-on familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo is expected. Strong spoken and written English, along with excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities, are also required.
