We are hiring a Sales Associate for our team in Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on delivering strong customer service, supporting sales goals, and helping create a welcoming shopping experience. Candidates with an interest in food and beverage, hospitality, or retail, and who enjoy working with customers, are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a courteous and approachable way.
• Support shoppers in choosing products and make suitable suggestions.
• Handle sales transactions carefully and efficiently.
• Keep the sales area tidy and well arranged.
• Work toward meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Respond to customer questions and assist in resolving complaints.
• Stay informed about product details and current promotions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and people skills.
• Ability to perform well independently as well as within a team.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• English and Arabic fluency is preferred.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
