Retail Supervisor

Role overview

This position is for a Supervisor on the Retail West team at Lenox Square in Atlanta, Georgia. The role focuses on guiding day-to-day store performance, leading from the sales floor, and helping shape an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing shopping environment. The brand creates the next generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear through a solutions-focused approach.

Compensation is $28.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Set the tone for customer service by delivering warm, thoughtful, and personalized support, while demonstrating those same behaviors for the team.
• Act as Sales Floor Captain when assigned, using zone oversight, hands-on coaching, and team motivation to improve results.
• Keep daily operational priorities on track, including opening and closing routines, accurate cash handling, and maintaining a clean store.
• Coach team members on selling techniques, product understanding, and styling guidance that ties merchandise features to customer needs.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and growth support that encourages continuous learning across the team.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members, while reinforcing store standards, brand values, and policies consistently.
• Stay well informed about products and help execute launches, replenishment, and floor merchandising changes.
• Support the leadership team in meeting store KPI targets by monitoring sales performance, setting goals, and recognizing achievements.
• Work with leaders to track inventory, protect visual standards, and maintain product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully to strengthen collaboration and promote a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer concerns, taking ownership and showing empathy.
• Help deliver daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps in coordination with Store and Assistant Leaders.

• Prior supervisory or management experience in retail, ideally within fashion or a similar environment.

• Physical capability to stay active, stand for the entire shift, and move throughout all areas of the store for 100% of scheduled time.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and regularly lift, carry, or move items up to 40 pounds.
• Full-time availability with open availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
• Preference for candidates who are not seeking influencer-related work.
