About the Role

Christian Dior Australia & New Zealand is looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Retail Operations Intern to support its Retail Operations team in Sydney. This paid internship offers practical exposure to the coordination and administration that keep boutique operations running smoothly within a luxury retail setting.

In this role, you will work alongside the Retail Operations team and boutique stakeholders to assist with operational tasks, administration, analysis, logistics coordination, and retail office support. It is intended for an early-career candidate who wants to gain hands-on experience in retail operations, customer care support, warehouse/logistics coordination, digital tools, and boutique administration.

This is a support-focused position and does not involve team management or ownership of broader market-level operational duties.

Reporting Line

The intern will report to the Retail Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Support across retail operations, customer care administration, digital tools coordination, boutique logistics, warehouse coordination, project tracking, and general retail office administration.

Retail Operations Support

  • Provide daily coordination and administrative assistance to the Retail Operations team across boutiques and the retail office.
  • Help prepare, organise, monitor, and close out operational tasks, reports, trackers, and supporting documents.
  • Track routine operational activity and flag items that need follow-up.
  • Assist with internal process coordination and continuous improvement work under supervision.

Customer Care Support

  • Assist with administration connected to aftersales and customer service processes.
  • Monitor customer and boutique requests and help ensure they are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, updates, and reports related to service concerns and operational queries.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance to boutiques and the Retail Operations team to help maintain service quality.
