Role overview

As a Retail Associate, you will help create a smooth and positive shopping experience for customers at the outlet. The role focuses on product awareness, store presentation, customer assistance, and teamwork to support day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Keep up to date with the latest product ranges and outlet offers so customers can be guided toward the right styles and value deals.
• Look after the area you are assigned to by ensuring shelves remain filled, tidy, and well arranged so items are easy to find.
• Provide a friendly, efficient, and solution-focused service that makes shopping easy and welcoming for every visitor.
• Work closely with colleagues to support stock top-ups and item transfers, helping inventory move without delays.
• Present the brand in a polished, professional, and approachable manner to leave customers with a strong impression.

Requirements

• Prior exposure to retail or sales is preferred, particularly in apparel, fashion, footwear, or fast-moving consumer goods.
• A Secondary Certificate or a Retail Management qualification is considered an advantage.
• Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.
