Role Summary

The Regional Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting and maintaining regional quality systems across receiving, inspection, handling, storage, selling, and delivery activities. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and consumer satisfaction by applying quality procedures, delivering training, carrying out audits, preparing reports, reviewing processes, recommending corrective actions, following up on issues, updating procedures and SQA forms, and driving continuous improvement analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve quality systems across the region and ensure they are applied consistently in day-to-day operations.

Oversee quality controls related to receiving, inspection, storage, handling, selling, and distribution of products.

Support compliance with quality procedures and customer/consumer requirements.

Conduct training, auditing, reporting, and follow-up activities as part of quality management.

Review existing processes, suggest corrective actions, and monitor completion of action plans.

Update procedures and SQA forms as needed and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a degree in Poultry Technology or another science-related discipline.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Poultry QA and QMS is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.

The role requires computer proficiency, a valid driving license from the applicant’s country of origin, and comfort working with senior executives.

Applicants should demonstrate knowledge of product composition, product quality, proper product handling, food hygiene, quality system implementation, updating, upgrading, evaluation, and report writing.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, result-oriented, and maintains a strong focus on quality.
