About the Role
No.38 The Park is a stylish townhouse hotel set in a leafy part of Pittville, Cheltenham. The property is known for welcoming stays, quality food, and memorable guest experiences in the Cotswolds area. The team prides itself on friendly service, strong hospitality standards, and creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
What You’ll Do
As the Receptionist, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests and will help ensure every visit runs smoothly from arrival to departure. The role calls for warm, professional service, strong teamwork, and a careful eye for detail.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a genuine passion for excellent customer service, a pleasant and approachable manner, and the ability to work well with others. Experience in a similar hospitality setting is important, along with strong communication skills, high standards, and an organised, accurate approach to daily tasks.
You should also be comfortable taking a proactive role in supporting sales and business growth through guest engagement and teamwork, while maintaining sound planning, administration, and credit-control practices.
