Role overview
This remote contract role supports the launch and discovery of entertainment content. The position partners with product, development, and content teams to manage programming strategy, improve content distribution, and keep project information accurate and accessible.
The work is centered on three areas: ongoing programming and launches, technical enablement, and the overall user journey. AI-assisted workflows and automation are a major part of the role, with an emphasis on faster production, less manual effort, and stronger quality across active initiatives.
The selected professional will own the development and upkeep of Nest and Hatch sites that publish project updates from an internal cloud management system. The role requires close collaboration with producers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build tools, streamline operations, and support delivery.
Key responsibilities
You will use approved AI tools to build and update Nest and Hatch features that display project details, milestone progress, and status information. The role includes submitting code diffs, working through review processes, and helping accelerate development timelines with AI-enabled tooling.
- Use approved AI-based tools to code and submit diffs for Nest and Hatch site enhancements.
- Develop workflows with AI systems such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, and other internal tools to reduce manual work and speed up delivery.
- Coordinate project streams across content producers, developers, and other partners so deliverables and timelines stay aligned.
- Build automation that connects Nest and Hatch with the internal CMS for live project tracking and reporting.
- Prototype and embed AI capabilities into daily operations, including code generation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Work with platform and engineering teams to improve features and site functionality across projects.
- Keep project documentation current, easy to access, and actively used by vertical project leads.
- Monitor active sites for performance, data accuracy, and operational issues, then escalate problems to the right stakeholders.
- Track bugs, submit fixes through diffs, and notify affected development teams.
- Review project status regularly to assess system stability and performance.
- Record weekly activity to confirm delivery progress and availability of required assets.
- Help onboard teams to new product requirements, AI tools, and Nest/Hatch workflows.
Required experience and skills
The role calls for at least 3 years of experience in application development, vibe coding, project coordination, or a related field. Candidates should be comfortable working with code review processes, development workflows, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or similar LLM-based tools.
- Experience preparing and submitting diffs within code review workflows.
- Background in building and maintaining web applications or websites.
- Ability to manage deliverables, schedules, and cross-functional dependencies across several project streams.
- Experience using AI in production pipelines and development operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and how they connect to production systems.
- Excellent organization and the ability to juggle multiple parallel workstreams.
- Clear communication style and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with vibe coding to prototype, iterate, and ship features quickly.
- Exposure to agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, and large-scale AI code generation.
- Working knowledge of Agile methods.
- Understanding of automation architecture, including triggers, integrations, and data flows across tools.
- Experience coordinating multi-track project work with external developers.
Preferred background
- Design experience for platforms or applications, including UX patterns, interaction design, or visual production for digital products.
- Experience in entertainment, especially with production studios or streaming services.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
Work setup and compensation
This is a full-time contract role requiring 40 or more hours per week. The assignment is remote and based in Ohio, United States. The expected duration is 12 months, and the intended start date is ASAP, although the start may change and official confirmation will be shared in advance.
The pay range is $40 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not include additional non-standard compensation such as benefits, paid time off, or per diem.
