- Monitor milestones, scope, performance measures, and budgets for enterprise initiatives.
- Spot risks and bottlenecks early and take steps to reduce delays.
- Improve planning tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting processes that support project execution.
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure project work supports strategic business priorities.
- Run planning meetings, retrospectives, and status updates with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support change management and process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and introducing scalable, data-backed solutions.
- Take on additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 to 4 years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare or a startup setting.
- Background in process improvement and/or project planning and management.
- Working knowledge of project management approaches such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or comparable tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment that changes quickly.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are considered an advantage.
- Exposure to healthcare technology, EMRs, or clinical workflows is a strong plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite meetings, team collaboration, and company events.
What’s in It for You
- Opportunity to do meaningful work that directly supports the company’s mission and improves patient experiences.
- Remote-first setup, with the option to work in a hybrid arrangement in Nashville.
- Generous PTO and holiday benefits to help you rest and recharge.
- Paid parental leave plus support for work-life balance, flexibility, and autonomy.
- Health coverage and wellness support starting on day one, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with an employer HSA contribution.
- 401(k) plan with employer matching to support long-term financial goals.
