Production and Support Engineer

Role Overview

This position focuses on keeping daily manufacturing operations on track, meeting output plans, and supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

• Organize, track, and carry out day-to-day production work so scheduled output and target volumes are achieved.
• Make effective use of labour, equipment, and materials to reduce waste and maintain smooth operations.
• Observe production workflows closely and introduce improvements that raise overall productivity.

Candidate Profile

The role is suited to candidates with a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.

Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production setting.

Additional Information

The offered compensation is INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,50,000 per year.
