Process Technician 4

Skyworks Solutions is seeking a Process Technician 4 for its Singapore site. Key Responsibilities

• Create new VI machine recipes, convert existing ones, and update mass production and engineering sample recipes when needed.
• Keep production lines running smoothly by watching for yield loss, overkill, and other quality concerns, and by tuning recipes to reduce under-kill.
• Work in line with process, equipment, and standard operating procedures, including OCAP requirements.
• Assist with simple hardware changeovers such as replacing collets.
• Carry out process improvement tasks assigned by supervisors or engineers and follow through on project activities.
• Handle additional duties during escalations or customer complaint situations as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

• Practical exposure to VI or tape-and-reel machines.
• Working knowledge of pick-and-place processes and/or vision-related work.
• Basic analytical ability.
• Comfort using common office tools, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with VI (TnR) equipment such as Ueno Seiki, ASM, or STI will be an advantage.
