Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for the DACH region
• Handle time management and related HR workflows
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related matters
• Ensure compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and internal policy requirements
• Support audits and perform quality checks
• Contribute to process enhancements and digital transformation projects

Profile

• Completed degree or an equivalent qualification with a focus on human resources, finance, or business administration
• Several years of payroll experience, preferably gained in an international setting
• Strong knowledge of German wage tax, social security, and labor law, plus experience with collectively agreed compensation systems
• Ideally familiar with Oracle and time-tracking systems
• Very good spoken and written English skills
