Role overview
Burjline Builders is hiring a Payroll Associate in Doha, Qatar. This role is suited to someone who is highly organized, accurate with numbers, and comfortable managing payroll operations, employee records, and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Run the monthly payroll cycle accurately and within deadlines.
- Keep payroll files and employee information updated and well organized.
- Review attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll inputs before processing.
- Make sure payroll practices align with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams on payroll matters and coordination.
- Respond to employee payroll questions and correct any inconsistencies.
- Support payroll-related reports, checks, and audit activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a similar discipline.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll.
- Strong accuracy, with solid attention to detail and numerical handling.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software or systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to stay organized.
- Understanding of labor rules and payroll compliance will be an added advantage.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Doha, Qatar.
