Role overview

Fourdot Affinity Ltd is hiring a dependable and enthusiastic Packing Operative to support its busy packing operation in Ivybridge. The position is for 37.5 hours each week and offers pay at £13.03 per hour, along with overtime and additional benefits.

You will be part of a team serving four active brands, using onsite tools and equipment to pack a variety of products with care and accuracy. The role is focused on making sure every order is packaged securely, completed on schedule, and delivered to a consistently high standard.

What the job involves

• Pack different kinds of products with the help of a range of tools and equipment.
• Keep the work area tidy, safe, and properly organised.
• Work in line with health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
• Hit the daily packing targets agreed with your supervisor.
• Create suitable packaging approaches for newly launched product lines.
• Take responsibility for your own workload and support overall team performance.
• Contribute ideas that improve processes and share effective working methods.
• Sort and recycle waste into the correct disposal streams.

Pay and benefits

• Hourly pay of £13.03, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the standard rate.
