Role overview
Sl Lumax, part of SL Corp, is hiring a full-time remote leader to shape the company’s direction and support its long-term expansion. The position calls for someone who can clarify and sharpen the business model, put scalable operating systems in place, and guide important areas including product development, sales, partnerships, and finance.
What the role involves
In this position, you will make key strategic calls, set priorities, track performance indicators, and keep teams aligned to shared objectives. You will also be expected to assemble and inspire a varied, high-performing team, strengthen the company culture, and represent the business confidently with partners, clients, and investors.
Another important part of the job is staying close to developments in electrical and electronic manufacturing, spotting emerging opportunities, and helping the organization remain agile while meeting applicable standards and regulatory expectations.
Qualifications
- Background in founding, co-founding, or leading an organization, preferably within manufacturing, hardware, or technology-led businesses.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, business model development, budgeting, and financial management.
- Ability to recruit, lead, and motivate distributed, cross-functional teams in remote or hybrid settings.
- Helpful knowledge of electrical/electronic manufacturing workflows, supply chains, and quality or compliance requirements.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, including external representation.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through partnerships, market expansion, and customer-focused initiatives.
- Comfort with uncertainty, resilience under pressure, and a strong ownership-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is an added advantage.
