Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day activities of a healthcare facility that serves Dermatology, Dental, and Plastic Surgery patients. The position focuses on keeping operations efficient, maintaining a strong patient experience, meeting healthcare compliance requirements, and making sure clinical and administrative teams work together effectively to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the daily running of Dermatology, Dental, and Plastic Surgery clinics so services are delivered smoothly and to a high standard.
• Create, update, and roll out operating procedures, policies, and improvement initiatives.
• Track clinic results, productivity, patient movement, and key operational metrics.
• Maintain adherence to healthcare rules, quality expectations, and internal procedures.
• Work closely with medical directors, department leads, and support staff to strengthen operational performance.
• Handle staffing needs, allocation of resources, and wider operational planning.
• Improve the patient experience and support higher patient satisfaction across the facility.
• Review clinic capacity, appointment handling, utilization, and overall efficiency.
• Spot operational issues and put practical solutions in place.
• Assist with budgets, cost management, and operational forecasting.
• Lead operational teams and hold them accountable for delivery and performance.
• Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience working as an Operations Manager in a healthcare or medical environment.
• Hands-on experience managing operations in Dermatology, Dental, and Plastic Surgery clinics.
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations, clinic administration, and patient experience benchmarks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and improving operational outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working with operational data and using it to support continuous improvement.

Additional Information

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is intended for full-time, onsite work. The position reports to Executive Management and sits within the Operations department.
