Role overview
Contactx Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Non-IT Recruiter who can join immediately and work from home. This role focuses on end-to-end hiring for non-IT roles, with an emphasis on sourcing, shortlisting, client coordination, and closing positions efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Develop an effective sourcing plan and identify the best talent pools for open roles.
- Share a minimum of 6 to 7 CVs with clients every day.
- Achieve at least 3 to 5 joinings each month.
- Conduct weekly discussions with each client SPOC and circulate meeting notes to the Client, Director Operations, and Recruiters.
- Track every client requirement carefully, including date received, action taken, response time, and current status.
- Find suitable candidates through job portals, networking platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
- Evaluate profiles, map critical skills, and shortlist candidates for assessment.
- Manage candidate rotation smartly to improve conversion rates.
- Join client review meetings, align expectations, and handle recruitment-related challenges.
- Maintain a steady candidate pipeline for active and future hiring mandates.
- Keep drive-wise and position-wise trackers updated to improve delivery efficiency and revenue outcomes.
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including client coordination, candidate follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
