Role Overview

Wealthfront is looking for a mortgage loan processor to support the growth of its mortgage lending operations. In this role, you will help existing clients through the loan process while using the company’s technology and tools to deliver a strong customer experience. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving team working in a modern lending environment.

What You Will Do

  • Review loan files and collect any outstanding items needed to move files toward final approval.
  • Act as a coordination point between operations and sales teams during the transaction.
  • Order and track supporting documents required for processing.
  • Assess applications for completeness and practical soundness, escalating files when additional review is needed.
  • Manage daily priorities so clients receive timely and high-quality support.
  • Oversee a full pipeline of assigned loans, taking files from signed disclosures through closing.
  • Communicate clearly with clients throughout the process.
  • Work with third-party vendors to finalize applications and complete loan milestones.
  • Maintain compliance with investor and regulatory rules.
  • Keep pipeline tasks and objectives moving proactively.

The estimated base salary for this role is $56,000 to $70,000 per year, along with equity and a discretionary bonus.
