The role calls for a solid planning background, strong analytical capability, and the ability to juggle several priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. You will help drive profitable growth across Europe by forecasting demand, controlling inventory, and strengthening Open-to-Buy planning in partnership with several teams.
This opportunity is based in Berlin and reports to the Director, Planning – Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Set and manage annual, seasonal, and monthly merchandise plans for the EU eCommerce business.
- Create demand forecasts and Open-to-Buy plans that support sales, stock, and margin goals.
- Track sales, sell-through, inventory, and weeks of supply to spot risks and growth opportunities early.
- Review performance versus plan and refresh sales and inventory forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Production, Operations, Finance, and Global Planning to keep plans aligned with business goals.
- Build inventory and promotion approaches that improve productivity while keeping inventory at healthy levels.
- Study category, product, and size-level performance to improve forecast precision and inventory efficiency.
- Share forecasts, business summaries, and recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Keep reporting accurate and support ad hoc analysis used for strategic decisions.
- Look for ways to enhance planning tools, reporting, and core business processes.
What we are looking for
We are seeking someone with 3 to 5+ years of experience in merchandise planning or inventory management, ideally supporting eCommerce businesses in apparel, fashion, or consumer products. A bachelor’s degree is required.
The right candidate should understand Open-to-Buy planning, forecasting, inventory management, retail math, and core planning metrics such as sales, gross margin, inventory turn, sell-through, and weeks of supply. You should be able to convert data into practical recommendations, stay organized across multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills are needed, along with a high level of accuracy, strong follow-through, clear communication, and the ability to build effective relationships across functions. Experience working with international teams and stakeholders is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- A competitive salary is offered, along with a discretionary annual bonus and a company equity program.
- Unlimited vacation time is available, plus four Fridays off during the summer.

- Health and wellness support includes ClassPass, a premium Calm subscription, and access to the Healthkick platform.
- The office is in Bergmannkiez, Kreuzberg, near Viktoriapark and surrounded by restaurants and shopping.
- Team events include summer and winter parties, Bring Your Kids to Work, and other activities.
- Employees receive a 70% discount on Savage X Fenty and sister brands Fabletics and JustFab, access to corporate discounts, and free coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks.
