Overview
Hyatt Place AlUla is preparing for its launch, and the team is seeking an experienced Learning Manager to help set up and strengthen staff development initiatives across the property. The hotel is an important addition to Hyatt’s regional growth and will include 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting areas, a swimming pool, and a fitness center designed for both leisure and business guests.
Role Summary
In this position, you will oversee the design and delivery of learning initiatives that support employee capability, strengthen performance, and build a consistent service culture throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess training requirements across departments and turn those insights into practical learning plans.
- Run onboarding programs for new team members and coordinate continuing development sessions.
- Track how well training programs are working and make sure they support hotel brand standards and service expectations.
- Partner with department leaders to foster a positive and effective learning culture.
Qualifications
- Background in training, learning and development, or human resources, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Confident presentation and communication abilities.
- Capability to create and facilitate structured training programs.
- Solid knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.
- Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills.
- Excellent command of English communication.
