Role Overview
The Learning Associate will support the firm’s learning function by helping execute day-to-day learning initiatives across the organization. The position is primarily remote, but it requires monthly travel to the Chicago office for in-person learning programs and the flexibility to work from the office as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administration of the firm’s Learning Management System, Workday Learning.
- Support colleague adoption and usage of the LinkedIn Learning subscription.
- Collect, organize, and monitor learning-related data across multiple systems.
- Handle communications for virtual and in-person learning programs.
- Assist with coordinating the logistics of learning events, both online and on site.
- Contribute to special projects within the learning team as needed.
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships across the organization.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within professional services.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong organizational ability, careful attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A strong service mindset, accountability, and willingness to go beyond the expected.
- Collaborative approach with a clear team orientation.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn new tools through hands-on experience.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Prior exposure to learning management systems is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is $57,000 to $80,000 per year, and the position may also qualify for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation is determined based on factors such as skills, experience, training, licenses, certifications, practice area, and overall business needs.
