Role Overview
We are seeking a junior-level analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and turning information into practical recommendations. This position supports decision-making across the organization in a remote-first setup and suits someone who enjoys research, reporting, and collaborative problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Gather, clean, arrange, and review information from several sources.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Detect trends, recurring themes, and improvement opportunities that can guide business choices.
- Help with research tasks, forecasting exercises, and performance evaluations.
- Work with teams across functions on projects and strategic initiatives.
- Keep documentation updated for reporting workflows and analytical methods.
- Handle one-off analysis requests and routine operational reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level profile with 0–2+ years of experience, including internships.
- Background in analysis, reporting, research, or a related area.
- Strong ability to think analytically and solve problems.
- Good command of Excel; exposure to reporting or data visualization tools is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret data and explain findings in a clear manner.
- Strong focus on accuracy and organized work habits.
- Comfort working independently in a remote-first environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work full-time.
