Role overview
InspereX is looking for a polished, proactive, and detail-focused Human Resources Operations Specialist to support its HR function in Delray Beach, Florida. This is a fully onsite role, and candidates should already live in South Florida or be ready to move there before starting.
The position is well-suited to someone who likes solving problems, refining workflows, supporting employees, and helping shape strong experiences for both candidates and staff. The role offers exposure to a wide range of HR work, including onboarding, employee engagement, recruiting, compliance, HR technology, and process improvement, while working closely with senior HR leadership.

Key responsibilities
- Act as a primary contact for employees, candidates, interns, and external business partners.
- Manage onboarding coordination and provide support to employees across the full employment cycle.
- Keep HR systems current, maintain employee files, and handle compliance-related records.
- Assist with benefits administration, leave processes, and other day-to-day HR tasks.
- Organize engagement activities, team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Help with HR reporting, audits, compliance work, and other assigned projects.
- Support HRIS administration, workflow enhancements, and technology-based HR initiatives.
- Look for ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen the employee experience.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate outreach, and recruitment logistics.
- Help ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout hiring.
- Assist with internship programs and campus recruiting efforts.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
- A professional demeanor, strong initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
- Experience using HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and similar tools is preferred.
- Paylocity experience is a plus.
- Background in financial services is strongly preferred.
