Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview

SBS Creatix is hiring an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a distributed workforce in the Greater St. Louis region. This remote contract position is centered on providing timely HR support, maintaining accurate people-related records, and contributing to a smooth employee experience in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employee HR queries received by phone and email.
• Provide support for employee life cycle matters, including benefits, compensation, and leave-related questions.
• Open, update, and track employee cases in an HR ticketing platform.
• Keep HR documentation current, accurate, and aligned with company policy requirements.
• Support onboarding activities, performance management processes, and broader HR projects and initiatives.
• Resolve employee concerns efficiently while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Background in HR within a customer service-oriented or shared services environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good organizational skills and a solid approach to problem-solving.
• Exposure to HR platforms or ServiceNow will be considered an advantage.
• An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
