About the Company
The company is creating an AI-powered operating system designed to unify how B2C brands manage conversations, channels, leads, and repetitive work. The goal is to replace fragmented tools and manual processes with one connected system that helps brands run more efficiently. The business is early-stage, moving quickly, and looking for people who want to help shape it from the beginning.
About the Role
This role is for a Growth Marketer who can help the company attract B2C brands and convert that interest into signups, leads, and customers. The position is flexible in terms of channel ownership: you may specialize in one area or work across multiple growth channels. Relevant areas can include paid advertising, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.
The role is highly hands-on and entrepreneurial. You will be expected to test ideas, learn quickly, and contribute directly to building the growth system rather than just executing a narrow set of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of one growth channel or manage activity across several, including strategy, execution, and outcomes.
- Create and run lead-generation and signup-driving campaigns across channels such as paid media, SEO, outbound, and referral programs.
- Design, test, and iterate quickly on experiments involving messaging, audiences, funnels, and offers, then scale the approaches that perform best.
- Apply AI tools wherever they improve research, copy development, targeting, automation, and overall speed of execution.
- Develop landing pages and funnel flows that improve conversion rates and closely monitor performance metrics at each stage.
- Collaborate directly with the founder on positioning, messaging, and priorities for growth efforts.
- Maintain strong visibility into data and performance trends, with the ability to explain what is working, what is not, and why.
