Role overview

We are hiring a German-speaking performance copywriter to join a rapidly expanding, fully remote performance marketing team that runs large-scale campaigns for leading D2C brands. This position gives you the chance to work with significant ad budgets, see fast feedback through real performance data, and sharpen your craft in a high-speed, testing-oriented environment.

What you will work on

Create persuasive advertorials and long-form direct response copy for health, beauty, and wellness D2C brands.
Study customer behavior by reviewing feedback, forum discussions, support queries, and campaign insights to discover effective angles.
Leverage AI-assisted processes to speed up content creation while making sure the final output still sounds natural, human, and convincing.
Review performance indicators such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS, then use those insights to improve copy and creative direction.
Develop and test several creative variations quickly and efficiently.
Spot weak areas in underperforming campaigns and turn them into stronger hooks, openings, angles, and offers.
Work closely with media buyers and creative specialists to grow successful ideas.

What we are looking for

Native or professional-level German ability with strong copywriting skills.
2 to 3+ years of experience in direct response, conversion, or performance copywriting.
A solid grasp of copy frameworks, buyer psychology, and conversion fundamentals.
The ability to write strong hooks, leads, mechanisms, proof points, objection handling, and calls to action.
A self-directed working style with strong accountability and time management.
Comfort working independently in a fully remote setup.
Interest in AI tools and the ability to refine AI-generated drafts into strong marketing copy.

Nice to have

Experience creating advertorials for native ad platforms such as Taboola or Outbrain.
Background in D2C, eCommerce, health, beauty, or supplement brands.
Familiarity with Google Ads and broader performance marketing systems.
Understanding of media buying, CRO, and creative testing workflows.

What success looks like

Consistently producing advertorials that lift CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Rolling out new tests quickly while keeping quality high.
Using performance data to improve outcomes over time.
Meeting deadlines and helping maintain a fast-paced testing culture.

Compensation and benefits

Annual salary range of €40,000 to €55,000.
Full-time permanent employment.
