General Maintenance HVAC Technician

Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is for a General Maintenance HVAC Technician based in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on keeping villa systems operating smoothly by carrying out regular checks, small repairs, and quick response maintenance.

Daily Responsibilities

• Keep watch over electrical fixtures and fittings, including lights, switches, and sockets, to ensure they remain functional.
• Verify water pressure levels and confirm that pumps and tanks are working correctly.
• Carry out immediate minor fixes such as replacing switches, resolving small water leaks, and clearing light clogs.
• Examine air-conditioning units, making sure filters are clean and the systems are running efficiently.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests raised by villa residents.

Weekly Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical wiring, connections, and circuit breaker panels as part of routine upkeep.
• Clean and maintain plumbing and drainage lines to reduce the risk of blockages.
• Review kitchen and bathroom equipment, including water heaters, and keep them in proper working condition.
• Check external lighting and garden electrical installations such as sockets, bulbs, and cables.
• Ensure water pumping systems are operating properly and troubleshoot any issues affecting water flow.
