What the role involves

• Supporting the crew leader on daily job-site work
• Learning how to provide a permanent, high-quality solution for foundation issues
• Working in a physically demanding environment with a strong focus on safety
• Traveling to different locations each month as needed
• Using properly maintained equipment and all required personal protective equipment
• Maintaining a high level of quality, efficiency, and customer service

Schedule, pay, and employment details

• Full-time, W2 employee position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Hourly pay of $28 per hour
• Compensation includes hourly wages plus a production bonus
• Production bonus becomes available after finishing the 90-day Foreman training
• Job location: Camden, SC, with additional locations as assigned

Required and preferred background

Candidates should already have experience as a gutter installer, along with customer service and management experience. A valid driver’s license is required. The team will continue training the selected candidate, so a willingness to learn is important.

Applicants with repair experience and those who understand how to manage a job from beginning to end are preferred.
