This opportunity is intended for a detail-focused graduate who wants practical exposure across core finance activities, especially accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and invoicing. Previous experience in a similar position is useful but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Help manage accounts payable by handling supplier invoices and preparing payment runs.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including tracking customer balances and dealing with queries.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
• Keep financial records up to date and maintain data accuracy within the accounting system.
• Assist with reconciliations for bank, supplier, and customer accounts.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing tasks.
• Work with internal colleagues and outside stakeholders on invoice and payment-related questions.
• Carry out general administrative tasks for the finance team.

What you need

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a similar discipline, or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong accuracy and good numerical skills.
• Solid organisational ability and effective time management.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A structured, process-driven, and methodical way of working.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Prior internship or finance/accounts experience is helpful but not required.
